Along with helping people achieve their wellness goals Pulse Fitness Professionals also makes a genuine contribution to community health. Gloucester County natives Tom Pote and Dan Crawford, co-founders of Pulse Fitness Professionals have had the amazing opportunity to help thousands of people achieve and maintain their fitness dreams. Now the two Rowan University Alumni have decided to follow their dreams of creating a company to make a difference and give back to South Jersey.
“Our goal is to raise money for breast cancer survivors, pay tribute to the lives we've lost to the disease, and raise money to help fight it all right here in our community.” says Pulse Fitness Professionals co-founder Tom Pote. “In May of 2009, we raised over $3000 for the American Cancer Society and participated in the Mullica Hill Relay for Life.”
This time around these 24-year-old entrepreneurs have partnered with The Pink Tie Foundation, a South Jersey organization that raises funds to support local breast cancer organizations. The mission of The Pink Tie Foundation is to raise money for the purpose of breast cancer research, awareness and education and to provide assistance to women who are disadvantaged in their battle against breast cancer.
