Medford Lakes Police Department arrested Joseph Michael Graber,III, of the 100 unit block of Blackfoot Trail, Medford Lakes today, Friday, July 10 on charges of endangering the welfare of children, possessing child pornography and promoting obscene material.

Sgt. Darren Dogostino, Investigating Officer, said that Graber was arrested after police seized sexually explicit pictures and videos of children from a hard drive found at his home during the execution of a search warrant Friday morning. He also is charged with allegedly distributing an explicit photo to someone he believed to be a juvenile female.
Sergeant Dogostino of the Medford Lakes Police Department and the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) worked together to discover the images and arrest Graber.
Computer equipment including a desktop and laptop as well as media items related to the case were seized.
Dogostino, a current member of ICAC, received extensive training from the New Jersey State Police, while detached from the Medford Lakes Police Department from January through June, 2008.
Graber was lodged in Burlington County Jail in default of $102,500 bail.
Those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
