Arkansas Police Chief Killed in Ice Storm

TRUMANN, Ark. -- The ice storm claims the life of Trumann Police Chief Larry Blagg.

Sources say that Chief Blagg was helping remove ice storm debris when a tree branch fell on him. Trumann Mayor Sheila Walters says Blagg went into cardiac arrest.

The 40-year-old is said to have died on the way to the hospital.
