Atlantic County Breaking News:
HAMILTON TOWNSHIP – Three people, including the victim’s daughter, were arrested in connection with the execution-style murder of a Pennsylvania man whose body was rolled up in a rug and dumped in a wooded area of Mullica Township.
The victim was identified through fingerprints as Marc Rubin, 46, of Jenkintown, Pa., according to a press release issued by Atlantic County Prosecutor Ted Housel.
His body, rolled up in a 12-foot-long rug, was discovered by a hunter Dec. 8 in the woods off Route 322.
His daughter, Christine Rubin, 22, of Jenkintown, Pa., and Jeffrey Leinheiser, 20, were charged with murder and related charges. Daniel Dougherty, 19, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, abuse of a corpse, and criminal conspiracy. All three were charged over the weekend for their alleged roles in the killing, Housel said.
